Scientist
Programme Area 4 HORTSYS “Next-generation horticultural systems”
Research Group HORTSYS.1 “Open field horticultural systems”
Research profile
Main research interest is to increase sustainability of plant production systems by nutrient recycling to promote a circular economy. She is finishing her PhD at the University of Hohenheim on the effect of anaerobic digestate composition on N fertilizer value, C mineralization, and N2O emissions. Methodologically, she is experienced with plant nutrition experiments (in field, greenhouse, and laboratory), evaluation of fertilizer value and humus reproduction potential, as well as evaluating greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture.
