Key Activities :

  • Investigation of phosporus transporters and proton pumps in the extraradical mycelium of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi

  • Assessment of the expression of hexose transporters and proton pumps in the intraradical mycorrhiza mycelium as a potential indicator of the fungal demand for plant carbohydrates

  • Analysis of the expression of genes with specific functions in the extraradical arbuscular mycorrhiza mycelium by in situ hybridization or RT-PCR.

  • Identification of molecular markers for the functioning of the arbuscular mycorrhiza fungal symbiosis in terms of nutrient uptake and plant growth promotion.
